June Alt has been advising clients in the financial services industry for more than 20 years both in house and at an internationally recognized law firm. She has represented banks, credit card providers, exchanges, data processors, payment solution providers, money transmitters and merchant service providers. Her primary focus is contract negotiation. She helps small to mid-size and Fortune 500 companies alike complete transactions to meet their objectives. Her diversity of experience ranges from securing credit card programs with brand name retailers, national charities, Big 12 universities and professional sports teams to buying and selling credit card portfolios to negotiating resolution of multimillion-dollar legal disputes.
With more than two decades of in-house experience, June has developed a pragmatic approach to contract negotiation. She has an eye for detail without getting lost in them and is adept at anticipating the needs and understanding the perspectives of her corporate clients. She approaches each assignment with the same grit, determination and competitive spirit that she used to finish eight marathons.
